NBCUniversal is seeking a commercially minded, bilingual marketing and partnerships leader to drive audience growth, strategic partnerships and business development initiatives in Japan. Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial & Marketing APAC, this role serves as NBCUniversal's primary representative in Japan, leading local market execution across partner management, marketing, business operations and stakeholder engagement.

Team Description/チーム概要 The Animation Production Group consists of two teams, each with a primary focus on either the domestic Japanese market or overseas markets. The domestic team takes charge of high-profile IP entrusted by original rights holders, forming production committees in collaboration with publishers, broadcasters, and merchandising partners to bring these works to life as animated productions. Meanwhile, the overseas team engages in international co-productions in partnership with studios and licensees abroad, producing animated content tailored for the global market.
