ABOUT THE ROLE: The Senior Analyst role is a key role within Enterprise IT Operations, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of International Operations. This position builds on core deskside and support capabilities, expanding the analyst's scope to include operational responsibilities that enhance end-to-end service delivery. The Senior Analyst will be equipped with increased access to systems and tools to directly carry out transactional tasks that were previously routed through engineering teams.

You will develop and drive people strategies for Japan, covering multiple businesses including Content Group, TVD, UP&E in Japan. You will partner closely with key executives to cultivate an inclusive, positive, and productive workplace culture; identify, develop and retain talents; create and implement local employee experiences and learning & development initiatives. You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with partners in talent acquisition, executive search, compensation & benefits, employment law, etc. to drive high quality HR services delivery to business.

Senior Sales Analystは、Sales and Partnership部門 (ライセンス営業)において月次および年次の予算管理、並びに過去の売り上げデータ分析を通じて営業活動を数値面から支援するポジションです。社内外のステークホルダーと連携し、ライセンスビジネスにおける収益最大化に貢献していただきます。

Overview: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Controllership team to establish and maintain sustainable financial operations and robust internal controls. Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and the safeguarding of company assets. Actively support the Finance Director and serve as a key member of the management team, contributing to the company’s growth and long-term success.
