Senior Planning Analystは、Sales and Partnership部門でライセンス営業戦略の立案・実行を支援し、データ分析・市場調査・予算管理を通じて事業成長を推進する役割を担います。社内外のステークホルダーと連携し、ライセンスビジネスの収益最大化に貢献します。 主な職務と責任/ Key Responsibilities ライセンス営業に関する戦略的プランニングの支援 売上予測、予算策定、KPI管理などの財務分析業務 市場・競合調査を通じたインサイトの提供 ライセンス契約のパフォーマンス分析と改善提案 社内関連部門（アニメ制作部、アジアコンテンツ・アクイジション部、Jコンテンツ・Kコンテンツ制作部、ファイナンス）との連携 グローバルチームとのコミュニケーションおよびレポーティング データ可視化ツール（Excel, Power BI, Access等）を用いたレポート作成 Senior Planning Analyst plays a key role in supporting the development and execution of licensing sales strategies within the Sales and Partnership department.

You will develop and drive people strategies for Japan, covering multiple businesses including Content Group, TVD, UP&E in Japan. You will partner closely with key executives to cultivate an inclusive, positive, and productive workplace culture; identify, develop and retain talents; create and implement local employee experiences and learning & development initiatives. You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with partners in talent acquisition, executive search, compensation & benefits, employment law, etc. to drive high quality HR services delivery to business.

Key Responsibilities Production Development/production work: Providing business affairs advice on all aspects of scripted drama and anime developments and productions. Negotiating, drafting and advising on a full range of development and production agreements including in relation to writers, onscreen talent, other key production personnel etc. Ensuring that all production activities are in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all territories and with the company's compliance policies and best practice procedures.

Overview: Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Controllership team to establish and maintain sustainable financial operations and robust internal controls. Ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and the safeguarding of company assets. Actively support the Finance Director and serve as a key member of the management team, contributing to the company’s growth and long-term success.
