The Sales Compensation Analyst will serve as the main point of contact for all sales commission activities, supporting the SportsEngine Go-to-Market teams. In collaboration with key leaders, help develop, modify, and implement sales compensation structures and incentive programs that align with company goals. Using advanced techniques, analyze sales performance data and compensation metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
