NBCUniversal has an opening for a Manager of Facilities overseeing building operations for our Washington, D.C. based local media businesses, NBC4 & T44, and the Washington Bureau of NBC News. The position is part of the Operations and Technology division of NBCUniversal. Responsibilities: The Senior Facilities Project Manager (SFPM) will be responsible to handle both large and small-scale projects within the NBCUniversal real estate portfolio in NY and NJ. The successful candidate will work with other members of the Operations and Technology (O&T) team to ensure that deliverables are within the applicable scope of work and budget. Project will include general tenant improvement project and technical project supporting broadcast operations for various clients.
