ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Manager/HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and strategic guidance to our Engineering clients. You will work closely with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, implement effective talent acquisition strategies, drive employee engagement and development, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

The Director, Employee Relations will work collaboratively with HR business partners, management, employment lawyers and labor relations professionals in an effort to fairly and satisfactorily resolve employee relations matters including investigations, accommodations requests, and respectful workplace education. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough and unbiased investigations into complaints, allegations, or incidents related to workplace misconduct and policy violations in a timely manner.
