In this role, you will be responsible for leading the USH Project Scheduling Portfolio including developing, establishing, and integrating comprehensive project plans and schedules throughout the project’s lifecycle. You will be responsible for initiating, integrating, monitoring and preparing status for internal and/or external project schedules into a comprehensive program or integrated project master schedule.

The Senior Producer, Show is responsible for overall management and leadership of the Creative team, project documentation including, but not limited to Deliverables Lists, Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents, Attraction Design Drawings, Attraction Scope, management of project folder structure, document control to the architects and vendors as well as all other pertinent records. Supervises the Associate Producer and or Producer with managing the show design team efforts and individual vendor deliverables.

The Sr. Project Director is responsible for senior direction and management of all Facility Construction development aspects for major land, attraction or hotel development (the “Project”), including all coordination and communications, planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, fabrication, delivery, and commissioning required to open the Project meeting or exceeding the goals of assigned budget, quality, schedule, creative and guest experience targets.

The Assistant Director will be responsible for leading the attraction technical/project management team in developing the technical approach for all major elements and providing oversight during execution with the vendor. Primary tasks include concept feasibility, scope of work development and review, vendor assessment and selection, vendor oversight, risk identification and mitigation, field installation strategy, oversight of field test and adjust and SAT.

The Manager, Ride/Show Engineering provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, shipping & logistics, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, with emphasis on Show Action Equipment (SAE), including mechanical show systems, animated figures, and special effects equipment and/or systems.
