The Coordinator, Scenic Fabrications is responsible for supporting the administrative, financial, and operational activities of the Scenic Fabrication team. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient purchasing workflows, accurate billing and reconciliation, effective vendor management, and smooth day-to-day shop and office operations. Job Duties: Purchasing, Procurement & Vendor Management Manages all purchasing needs for the Scenic Fabrication Shop, from initiation through reconciliation.

The HVAC Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance of all HVAC equipment and systems. The role is responsible for performing independent work in the operation, preventive maintenance, and repair of all mechanical equipment & Metasys building management system at an advanced level illustrating technical proficiency in each area.

The Photographer/Editor is responsible for shooting and editing all elements of stories used in Telemundo broadcasts utilizing the highest level of technical standards. Job Duties: Creatively visualizes stories told by Correspondents and Producers utilizing HD camera, creative lighting, expert sound, and on-air communications. Utilizes cellular bonded transmission equipment (ex. LiveU) and is responsible for being able to run a live broadcast scenario. Responsible for photographing and editing feature stories on a tight deadline.

The Fleet Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for the Fleet leadership team and support ongoing initiatives under Fleet Operations. This is a project/limited term position, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. Job Duties Tracks fuel and mileage for production fleet vehicles and analyzes data to monitor efficiency of gas/mileage for ongoing production needs/requests. Coordinates and schedules repairs for fleet vehicles as assigned by Fleet Manager.
