Role Overview NBCUniversal is seeking an experienced Director of Music Business & Legal Affairs to support music business matters across the international Television Entertainment group including Universal International Studios, Universal Television Alternative Studios UK, Carnival Studios, Working Title, and other international production, broadcast and streaming operations. This role will oversee music strategy, rights management, and legal compliance for the aforementioned productions and platforms.

Role Purpose: The Sr. Counsel, Intellectual Property will serve as the primary point of contact for all IP matters for an innovative new initiative at NBCUniversal. This role requires a strong background advising on complex technology-related IP matters and transactions, fluency across a broad range of IP issues, and the ability to work collaboratively with legal, engineering, business, and other NBCUniversal teams to support the rapid development and growth of the business.

Role Purpose: The Analyst, Intellectual Property, is part of the larger IP Global Protection team. The Global IP Protection team is a group of legal professionals dedicated to protecting NBCUniversal’s creative content and brands from commercial-scale copyright infringement and counterfeiting. This position will serve as a key analyst within NBCU’s global enforcement program, providing research, reporting, and operational support across content, brands, and business units.

Overview: We are the Global Immigration team, with colleagues based in London, New York, and Los Angeles. We manage full lifecycle immigration requirements for NBCUniversal worldwide. Our stakeholders have dynamic needs, and we work diligently to ensure best practices are in place to deliver excellent results. In this role, you will be a key member of the team responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational integrity of NBCUniversal's immigration program.

The Analyst, Privacy position is part of the Legal Privacy team that reviews and provides guidance based on business requests for the collection and use of personal data in compliance with global privacy regulations. In this position, you will support the development and maintenance of NBCUniversal’s Legal Privacy program.

Role Purpose: The Counsel, Corporate Legal Affairs will provide legal support across a broad range of software and technology licensing, professional services, confidentiality, and related commercial transactions for NBCUniversal, with a focus on corporate operations, information technology, human resources, and other enterprise functions. This role will serve as a practical and solutions-oriented legal partner to internal stakeholders, advising on contract terms, risk allocation, and related legal issues while helping to advance business objectives.

NBCUniversal is seeking a Manager, Corporate Governance/Legal Affairs (Corporate Secretary) to support corporate governance, legal entity management, and compliance for its U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries. This role sits within a high-impact Corporate Secretary team that serves as the central resource for legal entity formation, governance, and compliance across NBCUniversal’s global portfolio of businesses.

This position will provide legal support for a wide variety of commercial transactions with a focus on software, artificial intelligence, and other technology and business counseling matters for the Global Streaming businesses including Peacock and international projects powered by the Peacock platform. This role will report to the division’s Vice President.

Role Purpose: The Vice President, Business & Legal Affairs will serve as the primary legal point of contact and “mini general counsel” embedded within an innovative new initiative at NBCUniversal, acting as the principal legal interface between this new initiative and NBCUniversal's broader legal organization.

The Associate Counsel/Counsel, Intellectual Property position within the Copyright & Trademark team will provide strategic legal guidance and oversight on IP issues arising from content production, brand development, and global expansion initiatives. This role will have a particular focus on supporting the Universal Filmed Entertainment Group. They will play a pivotal role advising business and legal divisions and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to protect and enhance NBCUniversal’s IP assets worldwide.
