You’ll work hands-on across employee experience and HR operations alongside a team that moves with purpose and is always looking to do things better. Your responsibilities will span three core areas. Employee Experience & Communications Support the planning and delivery of employee experience initiatives in partnership with the HR team and Employee Resource Groups – and look for ways to make them more impactful each time. Assist in designing EDMs and visuals for internal announcements. And help us continuously improve how we communicate with our people.

The role is truly varied in nature and is responsible for delivering first-class employee administration, operational and systems support to employees. This role is the first point of contact for all HR related queries and will be accountable for ensuring that all HR administration and enquiries are addressed in a professional, efficient, timely manner.

The HR Coordinator reports to the Director, Human Resources, and is responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the VP, Human Resources, Global Distribution & Home Entertainment, as well as the LA-based HR team. This role supports a wide range of HR functions, including systems and processes, employee lifecycle events, training, and key projects.
