Role Summary: The Universal Brand Development Group is looking for a Senior Designer of Product Design Development for the UNIVERSAL PRODUCTS & EXPERIENCES Consumer Products division. As a Senior Designer, you will lead the creative development of apparel and fashion accessories, including bags, headwear, and footwear. Bringing over 4+ years of industry experience, you will enhance world-class IPs such as Jurassic World, Minions, and Shrek into trend-setting products.

This role focuses on coordinating materials, tracking information, and assisting with day‑to‑day tasks to ensure smooth execution of the product approval process. The Coordinator works under close guidance and does not own final decisions or approvals.

The Design Intern reports to the Product Development lead and will be responsible for the following: Product Development Meetings: Participate in licensee meetings alongside category managers and designers to gain insights and provide creative inputs. Product Design Ideation: Assist with product concept development through researching design trends, exploring creative ideas, and preparing presentation materials for internal reviews and partner pitches.
