Executive Assistant, NBC News

Provide high-level administrative, operational, and project management support to the President of Editorial at NBC News. This role requires exceptional organization, judgment, discretion, communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced news environment. In addition to managing the day-to-day needs of the office, this individual will serve as a proactive execution partner, helping drive key editorial, strategic, and external-facing initiatives.
