The Business & Legal Affairs Department supports the various business units of NBCU Telemundo Enterprises principally in the areas of content acquisition, development, production, licensing and distribution. The Business & Legal Affairs Paralegal will support the SVP, Business & Legal Affairs and other attorneys in the department. Responsibilities Completing form agreements, schedules, and other documentation under an attorney’s supervision.

The Associate Counsel of Business & Legal Affairs position is an attorney position and will be responsible for supporting the Sr. Counsel – Business & Legal Affairs of Telemundo Network and other attorneys in the department focusing on corporate transactions. Responsibilities: Under supervision of a senior attorney, draft, review, negotiate, and interpret an extensive range of agreements, including, but not limited to, sponsorship, collaboration, donations, influencers, technology, services, and procurement-related agreements.
