The Fleet Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for the Fleet leadership team and support ongoing initiatives under Fleet Operations. This is a project/limited term position, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. Job Duties Tracks fuel and mileage for production fleet vehicles and analyzes data to monitor efficiency of gas/mileage for ongoing production needs/requests. Coordinates and schedules repairs for fleet vehicles as assigned by Fleet Manager.

This role assists with tracking project requests, maintaining schedules and calendars, supporting Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) follow-ups, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day shop operations. Job Duties: Project & Request Support Assists in tracking all internal and external client project requests, ensuring requests are logged and followed up in a timely manner.

The Coordinator, Scenic Fabrications is responsible for supporting the administrative, financial, and operational activities of the Scenic Fabrication team. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient purchasing workflows, accurate billing and reconciliation, effective vendor management, and smooth day-to-day shop and office operations. Job Duties: Purchasing, Procurement & Vendor Management Manages all purchasing needs for the Scenic Fabrication Shop, from initiation through reconciliation.

The Journeyman Plumber is responsible for the maintenance of all plumbing fixtures and plumbing/piping systems within the Facility. The role is responsible for performing highly responsible independent work under general supervision in the operation, maintenance, and repair of all plumbing equipment. Job Duties Responsible for locating leaks, tears, blockages, corrosion, and weather damage in water, gas, fire sprinkler and HVAC features Responsible for fixing issues in water, gas, fire sprinkler and HVAC systems by repairing or replacing these structures, or aspects thereof.
