Role Summary: The HR Coordinator is responsible for performing a broad range of administrative Human Resources duties supporting a diverse group of employees based in West Hartford, CT, and Needham, MA The role is based in either Connecticut or Massachusetts and must be able to travel to either location as needed or required. Your role will be far from one-dimensional and has the opportunity for growth with strategic human resources generalist responsibilities including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
