We are seeking an experienced CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of GolfNow Europe’s email marketing, CRM, and automation efforts. This is a critical role as we scale across new territories, promoting cross-border and inter-country golf to a growing customer base. This position will work closely with our marketing teams in Belfast and the US, collaborating on data-driven campaigns, automated user journeys, and performance analysis to improve customer engagement and retention.

GolfNow is looking for a DevOps Engineer I to help operate and modernise the infrastructure powering our Java-based golf technology platform. In this role, you’ll report to the Director of DevOps – International and join a growing engineering team focused on delivering highly available services in a cloud-first, AWS-centric environment. You will own CI/CD workflows, improve observability, support migrations of legacy customer-hosted deployments, and champion the adoption of cloud-native tooling and processes across our environments.

GolfNow is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the modernisation, scalability, and reliability of our infrastructure across development and production environments.In this role, you’ll report to the Director of DevOps – International and work closely with software engineers, product managers, and support teams to evolve our cloud-first DevOps practice. You will lead critical projects involving migration of legacy systems to AWS, design and optimise deployment pipelines, improve observability and incident response, and drive process alignment across teams and platforms.

The Software Engineering Manager will be a key leader within our product development organisation, responsible for driving engineering excellence and product delivery across BRS Golf’s technology suite. This is a hybrid role, based out of Belfast. They will balance technical expertise with strong people leadership to ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality software solutions while fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.

The Market Sales Manager will have ownership of sales of our technology product suite, and key client account management across our product software and services that enable golf clubs to manage their operations efficiently, and drive revenue for the business. Relationship building, client management and new customer acquisition will be at the core of this role ensuring both growth and retention of existing accounts to increase revenue by product adoption and upselling.
