JOB SUMMARY Assists Contracts Administrators and other legal team members with contract drafts, reviews and all areas of contracting process. Processes JCT/NEC contracts and related documents to ensure accuracy for operational/project teams in accordance with the contracts policies and procedures and all applicable Universal Creative Systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As directed by Sr. Contracts Administrator and Manager, reviews and drafts scopes of work and related contract documents and compiles and routes contract documents for internal and external approvals and execution.

POSITION SUMMARY Contributes to technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for supporting the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Set/Scenic, or Props. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Provides engineering technical (calculation, design, drafting, research) assistance to the Ride/Show teams in support of scenic scopes of work.

JOB SUMMARY Oversees and manages the Architectural and Engineering design and construction administration effort within a specific area of a project. Also manages the resources, finances, and schedule of that project. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Attends weekly project meetings. Responsible for the coordination between the Architecture and Engineering vendors and the ride/show vendors including the development of all preliminary final facility impacts. Monitors construction in the field including identifying and resolving discrepancies between the construction and drawings and/or design intent.

Job Summary Responsible for the day-to-day management and development of all construction and/or renovations of major land, attraction, resorts, walkways, and waterways, back of house support buildings, parking structures and any new facilities. This will include planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, fabrication, delivery, and commissioning required to open the project within the assigned budget, quality, schedule, creative and guest experience targets.

Responsible for on-site delivery and implementation of the UDX Construction Safety Program, including contractor/supplier safety performance, pre-construction coordination, site inspections/audits and technical safety guidance. Acts as the primary interface between HSE, Project Teams and Principal Contractors to ensure construction activities are planned and executed safely in accordance with UK Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) and Universal standards.

Leads the implementation and oversight of Environmental programs across the UK project development, ensuring compliance with UK environmental legislation and alignment with Universal standards. Oversees environmental requirements across all project phases, with an initial focus on contractor and supply chain performance to ensure effective implementation of environmental controls, standards, and permit conditions.

JOB SUMMARY The Show Set Designer is responsible for the design, development, and documentation of the overall attraction, scenic and show elements primarily utilising architectural and CAD software as a design and coordination tool. Responsible for the development of virtual and physical models, scene studies, renders, plans, sections, drawings and drawing packages depicting design and art direction.

Leads Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) across park construction, projects, and operations, ensuring compliance and all relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation. Provides expert technical guidance to Project Managers, Programme Managers, and contractors, and oversees governance processes to ensure safe and compliant project delivery.

The Associate Manager – Parkwide Systems is responsible for supporting the design development, delivery, installation, and commissioning of parkwide technology systems across Universal Creative projects. Based in Bedford, this role partners closely with creative, IT, facilities, security, operations, vendors, and construction stakeholders to ensure systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined technical, operational, and guest-experience standards.
