POSITION SUMMARY Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Ride Control or Show Control Systems. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Manages in-field installation, test and adjustment of scenic systems to ensure compliance with contract specifications.

JOB SUMMARY Oversees and manages the Architectural and Engineering design and construction administration effort within a specific area of a project. Also manages the resources, finances, and schedule of that project. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Attends weekly project meetings. Responsible for the coordination between the Architecture and Engineering vendors and the ride/show vendors including the development of all preliminary final facility impacts. Monitors construction in the field including identifying and resolving discrepancies between the construction and drawings and/or design intent.

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for creation, development and execution of digital and physical sculptural elements of assigned attractions, rides, shows and environmental design projects. Collaborates with the Creative Director, Art Director, Show Producer and project team to develop and direct creative design intent to meet project creative, business, technical, and operational objectives. Must have sculptural, creative, illustration ability and field production experience.

JOB SUMMARY Generate initial project budget estimates for a wide range of developments, including new retail venues, restaurants, attractions, resort hotels, and entirely new theme parks. Develop and update cost estimates and cost plans as projects progress through design phases, enabling ongoing comparison to approved budgets. Oversee and coordinate the work of in-house estimating staff as well as contracted estimating firms, both U.S. and internationally based across multiple scopes of work.

JOB SUMMARY Assists Contracts Administrators and other legal team members with contract drafts, reviews and all areas of contracting process. Processes JCT/NEC contracts and related documents to ensure accuracy for operational/project teams in accordance with the contracts policies and procedures and all applicable Universal Creative Systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time) As directed by Sr. Contracts Administrator and Manager, reviews and drafts scopes of work and related contract documents and compiles and routes contract documents for internal and external approvals and execution.

The Director of Legal and Business Affairs, Universal Destinations and Experiences (UDX) is responsible for managing legal aspects of UK and international commercial matters, such as drafting and negotiating complex commercial and real estate agreements, corporate transactions, and providing advice and guidance for operations and management. The Director of Legal and Business Affairs is also responsible for overseeing compliance with planning and development approvals and agreements with the UK Government and third parties. This position includes managing outside counsel and consultants.

JOB SUMMARY The primary function of the Senior Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Manager aka Senior BIM Manager is to oversee the integration of virtual design and construction technologies to optimise project delivery and foster collaboration across all stakeholders, ensuring the successful efficient execution of projects through their lifecycle. The Senior Manager, serves as strategic leader for the project team, ensuring that VDC processes are continuously utilised to meet Universal standards and expectations.
