Job Summary Responsible for the day-to-day management and development of all construction and/or renovations of major land, attraction, resorts, walkways, and waterways, back of house support buildings, parking structures and any new facilities. This will include planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, fabrication, delivery, and commissioning required to open the project within the assigned budget, quality, schedule, creative and guest experience targets.

Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Ride Control, and/or Show Control Systems. Role may have multiple direct reports who manage multiple aspects of an attraction. Ensures all Show and Ride equipment maintains the highest level of safety in accordance with Universal Specifications, accepted manufacturing practices and applicable standards.

Responsible for supporting or managing the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Ride Control, or Show Control Systems. Assists in managing or manages vendors through the process of bidding, designing, manufacturing, testing, shipping, installation, start up, and commissioning of ride or show control systems.

Job Summary As an Assistant Project Director, you will lead the successful delivery of a multi-million-pound portfolio of enabling and public utilities projects supporting the development of the park and associated Entertainment Resort Complex (ERC). This role is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, including planning, scope development, contracting, construction, commissioning, and closeout, while ensuring projects align with Property Development strategies, goals, budgets, and schedules.
