Responsible for leading the development of virtual and physical models, drawings and drawing packages depicting design and art direction for all show and scenic components of a project through oversight of vendor efforts and internal resources.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time) Manages in-field installation, test and adjustment of scenic systems to ensure compliance with contract specifications.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time) Lead the design and development of outdoor spaces that evoke emotion, spark imagination, and reflect a cohesive theme. Provides landscape, area development, site specific design, and management for the project themed zones and lands. Directing the design consultant and coordination with in-house support of the project team and additional vendor inputs.

JOB SUMMARY The Show Set Designer is responsible for the design, development, and documentation of the overall attraction, scenic and show elements primarily utilising architectural and CAD software as a design and coordination tool. Responsible for the development of virtual and physical models, scene studies, renders, plans, sections, drawings and drawing packages depicting design and art direction.

JOB SUMMARY The Associate Producer is responsible for assisting the Producer in the development and management of all assigned project-related aesthetic, show and guest-experience elements. In alignment with creative and design staff, the Associate Producer helps to define and ensures compliance with Creative goals and intent, informing and advising Producer and Creative Director of project status and issues.

JOB SUMMARY Oversees and manages the Architectural and Engineering design and construction administration effort within a specific area of a project. Also manages the resources, finances, and schedule of that project. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time) Attends weekly project meetings.

JOB SUMMARY Assists Contracts Administrators and other legal team members with contract drafts, reviews and all areas of contracting process. Processes JCT/NEC contracts and related documents to ensure accuracy for operational/project teams in accordance with the contracts policies and procedures and all applicable Universal Creative Systems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time) As directed by Sr. Contracts Administrator and Manager, reviews and drafts scopes of work and related contract documents and compiles and routes contract documents for internal and external approvals and execution.
