JOB SUMMARY The Show Set Designer is responsible for the design, development, and documentation of the overall attraction, scenic and show elements primarily utilising architectural and CAD software as a design and coordination tool. Responsible for the development of virtual and physical models, scene studies, renders, plans, sections, drawings and drawing packages depicting design and art direction.

JOB SUMMARY The Senior Manager - Graphics Design, is responsible for overseeing the initial phases of graphics projects, including strategic planning, concept development, and ensuring that projects align with business goals. This role requires advanced project management skills, strategic planning, and the ability to lead complex projects, manage risks, and innovate within the theme park environment. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement strategic project plans, overseeing the conceptualisation and early development phases of high-impact graphics projects.

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for managing the procurement of Furniture, Fixture, and Equipment (FF&E) materials for multiple and simultaneous hotel and/or resort projects as well as FF&E related project management including holding to prescribed project budgets and schedules, product design and specification review, procurement contracting, and oversight of installation. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Manage FF&E process to achieve value and efficiency. Maintain budget and schedule. Coordinate with field team to implement FF&E installation.

POSITION SUMMARY Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Network Systems. Role may have multiple direct reports who manage multiple aspects of an attraction. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Ensures all Show and Ride equipment maintains the highest level of safety in accordance with Universal Specifications, accepted manufacturing practices and applicable standards.

Provide daily financial support to the project including monthly project cost reporting and analysis, month-end close requirements, cash flow tracking/forecasting, vendor payment management, ad-hoc analysis, and general financial support, within tight deadlines. May include direct supervisory responsibilities for entry level Finance positions. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Complete monthly project cost reporting and distribute to management. Work with project managers to update project cost expectations and communicate all project activity via monthly report/presentation.

Oversees all Creative facilities which currently house Universal Creative team members. Manages the Facility & Administration staff that address all aspects of office space needs and administration requirements for the overall efficient operations of Project teams and Creative departments. Partners with the Architectural and Engineering Design Manager for all space design requirements. Ensures there is support for the senior leadership team in completion of any and all tasks, as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY Drafts, reviews, analyses, negotiates and processes contracts and related documents for all facility construction, A&E design, consultant, and similar services using the NEC and JCT library of contracts and other bespoke forms of agreement to ensure accuracy for operational/project teams in accordance with the contracts policies and procedures and all applicable Universal Creative systems. Work in conjunction with Legal, Risk Management, Project Management (PMO) and Finance departments.

JOB SUMMARY The primary function of the Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) Manager is to lead the integration of virtual design and construction technologies to enhance project delivery and collaboration across all stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of projects through their lifecycle. The VDC Manager, serves as the technical expert for the project team, ensuring that VDC processes are effectively utilised to meet Universal standards and expectations.

POSITION SUMMARY Contributes to technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for supporting the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Set/Scenic, or Props. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Provides engineering technical (calculation, design, drafting, research) assistance to the Ride/Show teams in support of scenic scopes of work.

JOB SUMMARY The Facility Coordinator is primarily responsible for preparing and managing all overall facility project correspondence as well as the overall administrative/document controls functions that are critical to the development of large multi-faceted themed attractions and ensuring these are completed in accordance with established policies and procedures.
