Role Summary The Coordinator, HR Ops Data Processing is responsible for reviewing workflow requests and inputting organizational level and employee personal data information into the HR database. The Coordinator, HR Ops Data Processing will be responsible for completing the assigned transaction workloads while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintaining data integrity. The Coordinator, HR Ops Data Processing also has the responsibility to communicate and interact with other departments to research and resolve issues that may arise from transaction processing.

Role Purpose: The Timekeeping Manager is responsible for managing UDX’s day-to-day time and attendance processes and staff. UDX’s Time & Attendance Operations consist of staff responsible for the administration of the timekeeping system, which includes configuration and customization to support wage and hour rules including the application of minimum wage and FLSA adjustments and the application of internal pay practices.

Role Purpose: Perform daily functions of Payroll Operations to ensure efficient and timely processing of payroll, including planning and direction of workflow to complete the weekly payroll cycle in accordance with established deadlines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Process payroll transactions in accordance with established deadlines. Initiate processes and create/generate reports that result in or lead to the completion of a paycheck. Perform data entry to maintain record information for Team Members and/or vendors as applicable.
