Setting the Scene: We’re building the most strategic, well-informed and engaged workforce in media. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral part of our dynamic Talent Acquisition (TA) team. As talent attraction champions at NBCUniversal, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition Recruiters and Team Leads throughout the recruitment process. What You’ll be Doing: You’ll join our Talent Acquisition Operations Team and report to the Candidate Experience Manager.

Role Summary Director, Compensation will manage compensation programs – salary merit process, bonus planning and long-term incentive plans. In addition, will conduct data analysis related to the design, delivery and ongoing evaluation of compensation programs, including base pay, short and long-term incentives, sales compensation, employee recognition, and deferred compensation.

The Human Resources Director is responsible for providing strategic and operational HR leadership, direction, and expertise for the Corporate Finance organization and broader finance function. In collaboration with the Finance HR team, this person will provide day to day client support and strategic HR solutions for the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Controllership, Strategy and Procurement teams.
