Role Summary: The Analyst, People Analytics & Reporting position is responsible for facilitating and completing reporting across NBCUniversal and Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) while collaborating with key stakeholders. This role also involves participation in reporting systems design and testing, providing back-up support for day-to-day dashboarding/reporting troubleshooting, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Role Summary: This is an exciting & challenging opportunity to provide HR for HR support to our team members at Universal Destinations & Experiences, as well as help support the broader HR community at NBCUniversal. This role will be responsible for supporting clients at all levels, providing strategic input on organizational design, managing employee relations issues and investigations, supporting the performance management process, compensation planning, succession planning, and all other HR initiatives.
