Job Description: The Analyst, HR Operations Audit is responsible for assisting the HR Operations team with ensuring employee data integrity standards and monitoring of employment compliance practices. In addition, the Analyst will support conducting eligibility determination for a number of employee programs, provide ad-hoc reporting, and assist with troubleshooting employee provisioning issues. Responsibilities Auditing Conducts global HR data integrity audits out of our core HR system (SAP) to ensure organizational and personnel data aligns with HR Operations data standards.
