Our 16-month Digital Rotational Program is a postgraduate opportunity designed to provide participants with exposure to a wide range of experiences, ongoing mentorship and targeted training within the fast-paced world of digital news. After four, four-month rotations within our newsroom, team members will graduate from the program with the chance to apply for exciting internal roles and will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to thrive in today’s digital space.

The News Associates Program is a 12-month immersion in the fast-paced world of news production. Powered by NBCU Academy curriculum, participants learn and grow their skills in digital, cable, broadcast and newsgathering. The News Associates rotate assignments every three months across the many brands and platforms of NBC News. Each rotation is designed to provide hands on journalism and news production experience. This program is designed for those who want to thrive in roles behind the scenes, not in front of the camera.
