The Senior FP&A Analyst is a commercial and operationally focused role, acting as a finance business partner to the Hayu and EMEA business. It will involve owning all budgeting processes and providing financial support for spend across specific budget cost lines and working collaboratively with controllership counterparts to ensure actuals track to budget. This role will also have responsibility for analysis and insight of subscriber data and subsequent revenue, as well as incremental revenue from promotions.

The Paid Search Executive is responsible for the day-to-day execution, management, and reporting across Hayu's core paid search channels. This role focuses on meticulous campaign maintenance, optimisation to key performance indicators (KPIs), and supporting the team's testing agenda. Working under the guidance of the Paid Search Planner, and reporting to a Paid Search Manager, the Executive will be the hands-on specialist ensuring all campaigns drive efficient subscriber acquisition and retention for the service.

The Senior Financial Accountant, EMEA is responsible for ensuring the day to day accounts and accounting processes are managed to a high standard. This will involve working closely with our outsourced AP & AR providers to ensure accuracy of data, smooth operations, and timely escalations to the Financial Controller, EMEA. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the month end close process, posting journals as required. Management of 1 Financial Accountants. Liaison with outsourced AP/AR/reporting functions as necessary, especially during month end and quarter close.

The Paid Search Planner at Hayu serves as the bridge between hands-on campaign execution and high-level strategy. The role refines and implements advanced campaign tactics that drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness across Search engines, and YouTube – with an extension to programmatically traded advertising. Working closely with the Paid Search Manager and the broader digital marketing team, this role translates data-driven insights into actionable plans while mentoring their peers and managing day-to-day operational details.
