The Senior Financial Analyst, Procure to Pay (P2P) Procurement Operation Services will support Versant’s day-to-day P2P operations within the Accounting Operations function. Reporting to a Senior Manager of P2P, this role will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely execution of core P2P activities including purchase order lifecycle management, vendor onboarding support, and issue resolution. The analyst will also assist in tracking performance metrics, maintaining compliance with internal controls, and supporting audit and tax reporting requirements.

The Senior Financial Analyst, Order to Cash (O2C) will play a key role in supporting the execution of Versant’s global Order to Cash operations. Reporting to the O2C Manager, this position will assist with customer setup, billing, collections, credit validation, and cash application across a diverse set of revenue streams including Ad Sales, Content Distribution, Digital, Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), and Events. This position will partner closely with commercial, controllership, and shared service teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and service excellence throughout the revenue lifecycle.

The Senior Financial Analyst serves a key role on the Versant Production & Distribution Finance team, reporting to the Vice President, Production & Distribution Finance and serving as an operational finance support partner to the full “Operations & Technology” team. The role provides the unique opportunity for extensive visibility with the Versant leadership team and experience both shaping and managing the operations of a newly formed Media company.

Key Responsibilities Oversee the preparation, review, and posting of fixed asset additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation Support lease accounting processes, including entries for new leases, modifications, and monthly amortization Coordinate with BPO team to validate journal entries and provide review feedback as needed Track technology capital projects and ensure proper classification of spend in alignment with capitalization policies Assist in reconciling fixed asset and lease-related accounts in Blackline; research and resolve reconciling items Maintain asset subledger accuracy
