Role Purpose The Senior Manager serves a key role on the SpinCo Financial Planning and Analysis team, reporting to the Vice President with responsibility for supporting FP&A process across all of SpinCo’s various network and digital businesses. The role provides the unique opportunity for extensive visibility with the SpinCo leadership team and experience both shaping and managing the full planning process for a publicly traded company.

OVERVIEW This key role will be responsible for leading the finance support for the MSNBC & CNBC Non-TV businesses (Direct to Consumer, Digital Publishing, Events, Councils, Audio, and Select). This role will partner with senior leaders to execute the day to day priorities, lead various special projects, and be a thought partner for these high profile businesses.

OVERVIEW This key role leads the finance support for the core programming of CNBC, the world leader in business news. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships with editorial leadership to address day to day priorities and to drive conversations on new ideas. There will be significant collaboration with HR and finance peers to build informed financial plans and to lead key initiatives.

The Sr. Financial Analyst will report into the Vice President of Content Finance, and partner with leaders across various departments including Scheduling, Acquisitions, Controllership, Business Affairs, Creative, and Finance Senior Management. This position will provide traditional operational finance support related to, but not limited to current and acquired programming as well as development.

Role Purpose The Senior Finance Analyst of FP&A is responsible for assisting in the financial planning and forecasting for SpinCo. This role will interact with Corporate and Business Unit leadership, particularly through the budget and estimate cycles. In addition, the Senior Finance Analyst will participate in / coordinate ad hoc projects as requested. The Financial Planning and Analysis team is responsible for all planning and estimate cycles, internal reporting and related analysis for SpinCo financial results.

The Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee the controllership activities for corporate and centralized headquarters functions. Oversee that all transactions are recorded, documented, reviewed and supported in accordance with company policies, generally accepted accounting principles and SOX controls. Partner as trusted advisor to the finance organization on issues concerning reporting and controls, and assist with the formulation of financial and operational policy matters.

The Senior Director of Procure to Pay, Accounting Operations leads the Company's day-to-day centralized procure to pay (P2P) operations. Reporting to the SVP of Accounting Operations, this role will be responsible for driving the enterprise P2P operations providing day to day robust and efficient accounts payable services to SpinCo business partners. Responsibilities Service Delivery Manage the relationship with the P2P Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team to ensure all operating and financial objectives meet business needs and adhere to contract requirements.
