The Senior Financial Analyst serves a key role on the SpinCo Production & Distribution Finance team, reporting to the Vice President, Production & Distribution Finance and serving as an operational finance support partner to the full “Operations & Technology” team. Role Purpose The Manager of FP&A is responsible for managing financial planning and forecasting at SpinCo. This role will have significant interaction with Business Unit and Corporate leadership, particularly through the budget and estimate cycles. In addition, the manager will participate in /coordinate ad hoc projects as requested. The Financial Planning and Analysis team is responsible for all planning and estimate cycles, internal reporting and related analysis for SpinCo financial results.

The Vice President will serve as an integral business partner in the operational accounting aspects of the SpinCo TV Networks’ business units. The Vice President reports to the Chief Accounting Officer, SpinCo and acts as a key advisor to finance leadership on all accounting matters. This role partners with business unit counterparts on all operational accounting processes, monthly and quarterly close coordination, reporting and the assessment and validation of internal control activities.

The Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Oversee the Controllership group for Enterprise-wide accounting operations as a key leader in Chief Accounting Officer organization. Lead Enterprise-wide accounting operations team, supporting Controllership and Finance teams across the organization with ownership of centralized accounting and transaction processing areas including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, journal entries and account reconciliations.

The group provides strategic support and thought partnership to the CEO and COO/CFO on all companywide growth priorities, as well as partnering with business leaders across the company in their core business priorities and examining potential acquisition targets.
