The Senior Financial Analyst of Local Ad Sales Finance is responsible for supporting the end-to-end process of the division’s sales incentive compensation (SIC) plan that directly impacts roughly 300 employees across our 12 NBC Owned Stations, 31 Telemundo Owned Stations and 4 Regional Sports Networks. Reporting to the Senior Director of Ad Sales Finance, you will partner with sales leadership throughout the country to contribute towards driving positive sales behavior as it pertains to the SIC plan and its direct impact to the overall division’s sales strategy.
