ABOUT THE ROLE: NBCUniversal’s Network Engineering group within the Operations & Technology organization has an opening for a Network Engineer based at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, NYC. The engineer will work within a dedicated team of network and firewall engineers tasked with building reliable and scalable network infrastructure for NBCUniversal’s broadcast and media production facilities. The selected candidate will have experience in the configuration, deployment, and support of Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto firewalls using vendor and internal automation and monitoring systems.

NBCU has deployed SAP to run financial, logistics, and HR processes. SAP BPC is deployed to run the planning processes at an enterprise and division level. NBCU currently has 16 BPC solutions to support financial planning processes. NBCU is also on a Finance transformation journey that will result in most of the planning solutions moving to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). As the Business System Analysis Manager, you will be the bridge between finance strategy and technical execution.

This position will provide legal support for a wide variety of software and related technology licenses, professional services arrangements, NDAs, and related transactions across NBCUniversal, including in support of corporate operations, information technology, human resources, and other corporate functions.

Operations & Technology (O&T) is a $1.5B operating cash flow ($2B FCF) division of NBCUniversal. The group functions as a global shared service within NBCUniversal performing critical functions including Media, Broadcast and Studio Operations & Production, Content Supply Chain, Information Technology and Engineering, as well as Cyber Security. The Senior Accountant will serve as key member of the Controllership organization within the Media Group. The Media Group includes the best brands in the industry, including the NBC broadcast network, Peacock, and Bravo. This role provides an outstanding opportunity to learn about the entertainment television and streaming businesses and be a change agent. The position will report to the Director, Accounting, and will work closely with the Media Group finance team and collaborate with Controllership across the NBCUniversal portfolio.

The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for executing NBCU’s strategy and work in an HR technology team focused on SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions. Currently, the application portfolio includes SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, and ClickBoarding products, which are expected to be consolidated within a 3-5 year time frame. Engagement with HR business partners is a critical competency of this role. Collaboration with a team of technology professionals as well as engaging with vendors and an engineering team are essential tasks to perform project and support activities.

Role Purpose: The Manager of Finance is responsible for managing financial planning and forecasting for an innovative new initiative at NBCUniversal. This is a newly created role is an exciting opportunity that will play a foundational part in building and scaling a dedicated finance function to support the initiative’s growth. This role will have significant interaction with department heads, particularly through the forecast, budget, and estimate cycles. In addition, the Manager will participate in/coordinate ad hoc projects as requested.

Reporting to the Director, Business Solutions, the Manager, Business Solutions leads a team that supports Global Media Operations by ensuring the effective execution of large-scale technology programs as well as process improvement in support of strategic business goals and objectives. This role will collaborate with leaders across varying business units and technology portfolios to ensure proper cross-functional coordination and execution across delivery teams from intake to completion.
