An integral part of the Production & Operations Finance team, the Finance Manager helps manage Facilities Finance operations, including, budgeting, forecasting, headcount, allocations, and reporting for Operating Expense on a gross and net basis.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for direct management of the News Group Marketing budget and several other News Group HQ P&Ls. They will also have critical reporting and analysis responsibilities for the portfolio-wide News Group Capital budget. As an operational finance lead, this team member will partner with production executives to implement strategic initiatives, prepare & maintain budgetary commitments, and support daily operations. You will be responsible for maintaining and upkeeping the rental equipment, as well as the day-to-day demands from productions and production crews. You will be responsible for fulfilling all outgoing and incoming equipment orders, as well as maintaining orderliness and safety of the warehouse environment.

Reporting to the SVP, Legal, AI Innovation & Legal Operations, the Director owns the operating strategy, roadmap and execution for the Legal Department’s financial management, outside counsel and external-provider management, e-billing and related governance, within the broader strategy, priorities and resource parameters established by the SVP.

As an Associate Producer, you will support the adaptation, updating, and distribution of NBC News longform content- including Dateline- across licensing and syndication partners. Working closely with producers, you will help prepare existing programs for new platforms and audiences through editorial updates, research, and production support.
