Job Description Support Peacock’s on-demand video fulfillment supply chain and distribution to MVPD clients. Ingest and prepare content for delivery to the DTC platform. Communicate frequent updates to vendors, third-party clients, network partners, and internal teams. Research content availability, assist with backfill, and track ingest status, providing updates to stakeholders. Manage program materials, including publishing, ingest, fulfillment, and replacements.

As a Media Traffic Control Manager, you will be responsible for the set-up, trafficking and coordination of transmission facilities for the use of all NBC Universal entities – primarily NBC News programming. Responsibilities: Booking and coordinating both satellite, fiber and IP feeds supporting NBC Network News, Sports and Entertainment, along with Streaming services such as NBC News Now and Peacock. Live control room show support including remote trouble-shooting and any necessary re-routing prior or even during the on-air show.

This role is deeply technical, highly collaborative, and execution-focused, with success measured by production adoption and measurable operational impact. This individual works end-to-end from discovery and prototyping through deployment and iteration, combining LLMs, retrieval, data integration, and orchestration frameworks to deliver reliable solutions in production.
