Controllership As a key leader within the Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) Controllership team, the Manager, Accounting & Reporting will be responsible for leading the accounting processes, controls, systems and reporting that ensures controllership objectives are met to world class standards across UP&E (Consumer Products, Digital Games, and Franchise Management). This position reports to the UP&E Assistant Controller and partners with Finance and Accounting across the US and multiple international territories.

The Manager, FP&A is an integral member of the Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) Financial, Planning & Analysis team. They lead budgeting and forecasting for Global Cash Flow, Headquarters’central services, and Compensation. This role reports to the Director of Global Financial, Planning & Analysis. As part of this dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with financial analysts, planners, and other key stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
