The Manager, External Reporting will support the preparation and review of Versant’s external financial statements and SEC filings. Reporting to the Director of External Reporting, this role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC regulations, and internal control requirements. The Manager will collaborate with teams across Finance, Legal, and Investor Relations to gather key disclosures, support the audit process, and contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s financial reporting processes.

The Manager, Financial Reporting will support the monthly and quarterly close and consolidation processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal controls. Reporting to the VP of Financial Reporting, this role ensures financial data is complete, accurate, and compliant with U.S. GAAP, SOX, and internal policies.

The Manager, Financial Systems plays a key role in supporting the administration, maintenance, and optimization of key finance systems including SAP, OneStream, Workiva, and Essbase. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Financial Systems, this role plays a critical part in ensuring systems readiness for the financial close, managing user access and master data, and enabling timely and accurate financial reporting. The manager will support day-to-day operations, special projects, and system enhancements in collaboration with Controllership, IT, and FP&A teams.
