Join the Systems, Application and Products (SAP) HR and Payroll Systems Team to perform SAP Payroll Systems Management activities in support of business requirements, improving or adding new functionality to the existing SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Capital Management (HCM) landscape as necessary. Review existing solutions and processes to identify areas for improvement, maintain integrity of the HCM solutions by reviewing build and run changes, provide input for future solutions & system architecture, by applying knowledge of SAP HCM PY.

ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Manager/HR Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and strategic guidance to our Engineering clients. You will work closely with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, implement effective talent acquisition strategies, drive employee engagement and development, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

This is an Analyst role focused on Project Systems and Fixed Assets that will play a role in the implementation of these areas in on-going solutions and migration to S/4 HANA Finance. The successful candidate will perform work that is highly complex, varied in nature, and span multiple functional areas. This individual will seek to ensure the optimum utilization of existing system platforms and their integration while considering deployment of new technologies in response to business requirements.
