Key Responsibilities: Manage the needs of a multiple department mailroom. Receive, sort mail and packages, categorize and distribute mail to multiple floors. FedEx shipping and ordering of materials. Contacting the FedEx customer service hotline with shipping inquiries. Deliver and pickup mail and oversized packages – Must be able to lift and carry over 40lbs. Conduct on lot deliveries and pickups – Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart. Managing incoming third parties’ vendors.
