This role will act as the company’s internal authority on the emerging technology landscape and drive engagement programs that embed external innovation into NBCU’s culture and operations. This individual will build a robust understanding of the AI vendor market, manage relationships, and translate external advancements into meaningful internal opportunities.

Project Keystone will be a multi-year endeavor, driving NBCUniversal’s transformation goal of building a globally standardized, flexible, and data-driven business platform that enables NBCU to make better and faster decisions based on real time insights. Our product and engineering teams will drive transformation of key Finance processes across Record-to-Report (RTR), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Treasury, Tax and FP&A.

This Business Solutions Consultant role is a key member of the Technical Operations organization and focuses on building and supporting the reporting and analytics environment for the NBCUniversal Studio Group. The Data Management and BI Team is seeking a Sr. Staff Data Engineer to join our team. We build data pipelines to land, profile, and store multiple internal & external datasets. We also build applications that surface this data to support our business partners’ strategic decision-making. We're an AWS shop that uses open-source technologies including Scala, Python, Pandas, Spark, Hive, and Postgres as well as BI tools, such as Tableau and MicroStrategy. We work in a very agile environment, where product specifications are flexible and often change rapidly over time.
