The Senior Business Analyst Studio Production Technology is responsible for designing, implementing, & optimizing technology solutions and processes in support of NBCUniversal’s Film & Television production groups as part of the Studio Technology Solutions organization. This includes both software and hardware systems, as well as cloud-based production workflows. The role leverages strong subject matter expertise in production technologies across the SDLC to support projects for new technology solutions.

The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for executing NBCU’s strategy and work in an HR technology team focused on Recruiting and Onboarding solutions. Currently, the application portfolio includes SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, and ClickBoarding products, which are expected to be consolidated within a 3-5 year time frame. Engagement with HR business partners is a critical competency of this role. Collaboration with a team of technology professionals as well as engaging with vendors and an engineering team are essential tasks to perform project and support activities.

The Vice President, Finance - Studio Operations will serve as a strategic and operational finance leader supporting key physical production departments including Stages, Lighting, Grip, Arts, Transportation, and Special Events. This role will report to the CFO, Studio Operations and lead certain financial functions across Studio Operations. The VP role requires extensive interaction with the senior leadership team and the preparation of financial analysis and presentations to a wide spectrum of audiences.
