This role will be responsible for leading the strategy, operations and support of unified communications platforms and overseeing the organization’s incident management function for APAC. The Application Engineer role is to implement and maintain vendor provided ticketing software applications across all Parks. This includes installation and implementation as well as troubleshooting while providing day-to-day support to existing software applications. The Application Engineer will set up and maintain system administration and configuration of software systems.
