The Manager, Mobile Solutions is responsible for the global delivery and operations of NBCUniversal’s mobile ecosystem, including smartphones, tablets, MiFi devices, and related services. This role oversees end-to-end mobile lifecycle management, Level 1–3 support operations, device infrastructure, and the overall end-user mobile experience, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of mobile hardware and software worldwide.

The Application Engineer role is to implement and maintain vendor provided ticketing software applications across all Parks. This includes installation and implementation as well as troubleshooting while providing day-to-day support to existing software applications. The Application Engineer will set up and maintain system administration and configuration of software systems. Provide day-to-day application support on software systems at all Parks Technology locations. This includes after hours, weekends and on-call support.
