The Cyber Security Manager is a critical member of the NBC Universal Cyber Security organization, responsible for executing and contributing to the Cyber Security strategy and overseeing operational engagement with key leaders across Studios, Film, Television (Episodic), Operations & Technology, Media Services, and enterprise-wide business solution teams.

Universal Studios Hollywood (USH), the “Entertainment Capital of L.A.” and the world's largest working movie studio and theme park, is looking to fill a technician role in the Point of Sales area. This position serves as day-to-day functional support for the Universal Studios Hollywood Point of Sale (POS) Systems. The POS technician works in coordination with the POS Help Desk to support both POS software and hardware environments for the Food, Merchandise, Ticketing and Parking applications.

“What would you say you do here?” Provide video conferencing technical support. Investigate and raise issues to senior team members when needed. Serve as on-site technical support for cross-site, or executive presentations and events. Setup and operate audio-visual equipment including but not limited to speakers, microphones, wireless microphones, mixing boards, amplifiers, projectors, video cameras, computers, and laptops. Coordinate/perform preventive maintenance room checks.

“What would you say you do here?” Sets up, installs, and relocates computer workstations, desktops, laptops and other technology hardware. Performs software installation deskside and using remote tools. Assists with organization and cabling of technology equipment, computer setups. The team develop, support and deploy business systems and solutions used by several NBCU business units globally, including International Networks, HayU, Peacock and Sky Showtime.
