This position will have exposure across a variety of partners, with the expectation of impactful input across key events and properties.

This position will be responsible for overseeing and operating critical systems, managing engineering staff, EHS compliance, emergency preparedness, and maintenance management. Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and operation of critical HVAC and electrical infrastructure within the NBC Sports facility. Manage facility electricians and a team of multi-skilled facility engineers who perform maintenance and repairs.

The ideal candidate has experience both creating and executing content and planning for special events and full seasons. The coordinator is expected to bring creativity, platform expertise and attention to detail to all tasks. Responsibilities: · Assist the Director, Event Management in planning, execution and post-event reconciliations. · Manage NBC Sports & Olympics hospitality, tickets, and partner entertainment opportunities. · Responsible for ordering and fulfilling all event premiums. · Manage vendor relationships including housing, catering, venue and hotel. · Coordinate with partner organizations and event personnel regarding event planning and transportation event needs.
