This is a part-time role. It is a project-based, limited-term position with an estimated duration of up to 12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. This position is responsible for the support of our various Production units within NBC Sports. The role serves as a first line of support for Production that runs 24/7.

Role Purpose To publicize and promote NBC Sports programming, production, partners, and talent in accordance with the company’s overall strategy and brand position. Responsibilities Support NBC Sports Communications department in numerous ways, including writing and distributing press releases, coordinating media interviews, and generating social media posts. Assist with maintaining press lists, scheduling media conference calls and department meetings, and maintaining and updating NBC Sports’ media-dedicated website.

This position will be responsible for overseeing and operating critical systems, managing engineering staff, EHS compliance, emergency preparedness, and maintenance management. Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and operation of critical HVAC and electrical infrastructure within the NBC Sports facility. Manage facility electricians and a team of multi-skilled facility engineers who perform maintenance and repairs.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position. Engagement will be per event/assignment based upon business need. As a Video Operator (V1), you will work under the direction of the Producer, Director, Technical Manager and/or other production or management representatives to provide images for the telecast. You will be able to work with the TM and maintenance engineers to assist with positive solutions regarding equipment malfunction or failure.

The role of the Integration Designer is to work directly with the creative and production teams to integrate industry leading design into the hardware & software systems used for on-air graphics presentation while maintaining the look and feel of NBC Sports on a network level. The Integration Designer will be instrumental in all aspects of graphics creation from concept & design to full integration & functionality for live and post produced broadcasts.

The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for maintaining the operational status of the NBC Sports Group's infrastructure. This Analyst will be providing 24/7/365 on-site support at our Stamford, CT office as well as traveling to on-location sporting events both domestic and international. The Production/Broadcast Engineer will be responsible for providing front-line broadcast engineering and technical support across multiple studios and control rooms within the Stamford Sports facility. The role involves supporting all broadcast systems and technology for live day-of-air programs, troubleshooting hardware and systems, complying with computer security policies, and managing projects that include system design, integration, and commissioning. This position requires a combination of maintenance and project management/system engineering skills.
