As Manager, Formats & Programming, you will report to the VP of Programming and have oversight of creating, editing, and distributing commercial break formats for all live USA Sports programming (including but not limited to WNBA, College Sports, NASCAR, & Golf). The USA Sports formats determine the structure of each television and streaming production, including the number of segments, length and placement of commercial breaks, and execution of commercial integrations.

The Senior Graphics Integrator develops new packages from the ground up in close collaboration with the larger creative design team. The role requires expert knowledge in the integration and management of sports graphics packages, utilized in live game coverage and studio operations, as well as an appreciation for the technical aspects of the field, carefully balancing creativity with efficiency. This role is specific to the architecture, integration and playout of graphics packages in Chyron Prime, after the fundamental look and feel of a package has been created.

Role Purpose The Production Finance team collaborates with the Sports Production and Operations to budget, track and complete analysis on NBC Sports’ programs. We work closely with FP&A and Controllership to fulfill Corporate reporting requirements and provide meaningful insights into spending and cost trends to Leadership. The role of the Integration Designer is to work directly with the creative and production teams to integrate industry leading design into the hardware & software systems used for on-air graphics presentation while maintaining the look and feel of NBC Sports on a network level. The Integration Designer will be instrumental in all aspects of graphics creation from concept & design to full integration & functionality for live and post produced broadcasts.

This role will drive business and product development initiatives, ensure alignment with Agile methodologies, and oversee testing, user engagement, and change management processes to maximize product success and adoption.
