The Administrative Assistant is a full-time position in NBCUniversal's Technical Operations organization and provides administrative support to the SVP, Global Media Operations. The ideal candidate for this position has exemplary planning and time management skills and can organize and manage calendars, keeping scheduling operations running smoothly and efficiently. This individual will also be instrumental in helping to develop and manage team and site engagement activities.

This is a part-time project / limited term position with an estimated duration for designated sport season unless otherwise amended. In this role, you are responsible for Graphics on College Football studio on NBC Sports. Responsibilities: Lead Graphics Associate Producer for College Football Studio show (Big Ten & Notre Dame) on NBC, Peacock & NBCSN.

The Production/Broadcast Engineer will be responsible for providing front-line broadcast engineering and technical support across multiple studios and control rooms within the Stamford Sports facility. The Finance Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Finance for Sports Studio Production & Facilities, will play a key role in supporting the financial management of NBC Sports’ Stamford facility and related functions, including Olympics & Sports Engineering, Olympic & Sports Production Operations, Technical Logistics, and IT. The Finance Manager will lead headcount oversight of the Sports O&T group as well as be a key partner with the O&T FP&A team. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to O&T leadership alongside Sports partners.

The Financial Analyst, reporting into the Finance Manager, Sports Studio Production & Facilities, will support the team who oversees the financial management of the NBC Sports facility in Stamford along with Olympics & Sports Engineering, Olympic & Sports Production Ops, Technical Logistics, IT, and all capital, engineering and remote operations budgets that support marquee properties including NBC Sports, NBC Olympics, Sunday Night Football, and the NBA. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to O&T leadership alongside NBC Sports partners.

The System Analyst, Remote IT Operations serves as a critical operator ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of IT systems supporting NBCUniversal’s live and remote productions. This role sits at the intersection of IT infrastructure and broadcast operations - driving seamless technology delivery in high-pressure, real-time environments. You will play a key role in enabling production teams to execute flawlessly by delivering secure, resilient, and efficient IT solutions across remote sites.

The UC/C Technician supports NBCUniversal’s global audio‑visual and collaboration environment, ensuring a reliable, high‑quality end‑user experience across conference rooms, event spaces, digital signage, and UC/C platforms. Reporting to the Manager of UC/C & Media Experience, this role serves as a Level 2 (L2) escalation point, partnering with L1 VNOC teams and escalating to L3 engineering as needed. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role requiring immediate response to business‑critical issues impacting meetings, live events, and executive collaboration.

The Coordinator, Social Media Content at NBC Sports plays a crucial role in ideation and execution for our company’s key sports properties. The ideal candidate has experience creating and executing best-in-class content and planning for live event coverage, and full seasons. This role is expected to bring creativity, platform expertise, and attention to detail to all tasks. This full-time position sits on the NBC Sports marketing team and reports to the Associate Manager of Social Media Content for the NBA, WNBA, and Premier League.

As the Associate, Broadcast Services, you will report into the Senior Vice President and support the Olympic & Paralympic teams, taking directive from area leads as assigned.
