PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position. Engagement will be per event/assignment based upon business need. As a key member of the O&T (Operations & Technology) Finance team, the Finance Manager will play a critical role in supporting the budgeting, long-range planning (LRP), forecasting, expense management, headcount, capital, and allocation processes for the News Group O&T department. This role provides the unique opportunity to gain a solid understanding of NBCU operations through daily exposure/interaction with O&T operational teams as well as the greater NBCU finance organization. The Executive Assistant to the Chairman, NBCU Business Affairs & Operations is a dynamic and insightful individual that operates as a self-starter and will leverage their critical thinking and interpersonal skills to liaison with staff, senior leaders, and externally to provide support with the goal of increasing the effectiveness and productivity of the executive.

The coordinator assists with attraction documentation, including but not limited to deliverables lists, request for proposal (RFP) documents, attraction design drawings, attraction scope, and all other pertinent attraction records and with administrative and clerical processes in support of the development of projects. Sports portfolio contains over 600 live events on both our Linear and Streaming platforms that include the Golden State Warriors, San Francisco Giants, Oakland A’s, San Jose Sharks, San Jose Earthquakes, and Sacramento Kings.
