In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance and repair of building envelopes, systems, equipment, grounds and infrastructure. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, conduct preventative maintenance, respond to service calls, escort vendors on site, and collaborate with contractors to ensure the facility operates efficiently, remains safe and is compliant with all regulations.
