The Manpower Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting NBC Sports’ Scheduling team by coordinating workforce planning, staffing logistics, and technical crew operations across Olympic Games, Olympic Trials, and year-round Olympic sports coverage. This position serves as a central point of coordination for hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and supporting technical personnel within Operations and Engineering, helping to ensure events are staffed efficiently and executed successfully.

“What would you say you do here?” Handle multiple phone lines and daily communication with internal and external partners, agents, etc. (Take messages, check voicemail, etc.) Manage a dynamic, high-volume calendar, including internal and external meetings. Organize travel arrangements and manage expense reports. Prepare meeting agendas and materials, as well as plan events. Provide office admin support including supply orders and arrange for maintenance. Update Administrative Documents, i.e. contact sheets Draft exhibit G's, Taft Hartley's, and SAG Cast Lists.

“What would you say you do here?” Executive and Department Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Music, including high volume calendar management, meeting coordination, expense reporting, travel arrangements, and other administrative needs. Provide general administrative and project support to the music department as assigned.

The Digital Video Producer/Editor is part of the NBC Sports Philadelphia digital team and is responsible for editing and production of original content for the NBCSP’s digital platforms. This includes creating highlights, breaking news, packages, team interviews, film breakdowns, live streams and podcasts. Additionally, the role will interface with the entire content team, from collaboration with video team colleagues to training interns.

The Media Operations, Operations & Technology group is responsible for prepping content needed for domestic and international distribution as well as broadcast operations. This includes transcode, edit and delivery services to meet client fulfilment around the globe 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Aside from supporting the day-to-day content supply, this position becomes integral to the success of high-profile LRP and strategic goals.
