The Finance Manager is a key role on the Universal Studio Group (USG) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and will be responsible for driving Free Cash Flow (FCF) financial forecasting, reporting and analysis across the studio. This position partners with cross-divisional teams (including Production Finance, Controllership, Participations & Residuals teams, Studios, UTE, and NBCU Corporate) to drive strategic decision making, streamline processes, and ensure accurate financial performance. This role will report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for USG.

The team develops short- and long-term views on the growth of the Peacock subscriber base, with a specific focus on quantifying how individual content titles — live sports events, Originals, film releases, and library programming — drive signups, engagement, and retention. We leverage first- and third-party data to discern trends in signups, churn, and consumption, and to isolate the incremental subscriber and revenue impact of content slates.
