The Creative Trainee will be part of the Marketing team within Universal Pictures International Spain. About the Role We are looking for a Creative Trainee to join the Marketing team at Universal Pictures International Spain. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across creative advertising, campaign delivery, and content localisation within a fast-paced, global studio environment.

The Vice President, Global Special Projects and Events at Universal Pictures will support the execution of high-profile theatrical premieres and industry events in support of the studio’s film slate. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, this role oversees global event campaigns from initial concept through execution and wrap, ensuring each premiere and industry moment reflects the innovation, creative vision, positioning, and prestige of Universal Pictures’ theatrical releases.

“What would you say you do here?” Draft and negotiate a variety of above-the-line agreements for animated series, specials, specialty features and short-form content, including rights acquisition agreements and agreements for writers, voice actors, producers, and consultants for DreamWorks Animation Television and Universal Kids Digital Studios projects. Serve as day-to-day legal liaison with senior production staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION An exciting opportunity to join the Theatrical Dubbing Team within Universal Pictures International. This role is a fixed‑term position to cover maternity leave. The team sits within the Theatrical Operations Department and covers dubbing worldwide for Universal Pictures International, Focus Features, DreamWorks, and Illumination Entertainment. The Junior Dubbing Manager will work with our vendors, downstream teams, and international theatrical teams to schedule and process our theatrical releases.

“What would you say you do here?” Schedule meetings and appointments for the VP and their direct reports. Manage multiple calendars for internal leaders and effectively coordinate with external studio partners. P1 Incident Studio Communications: Collaborate with the incident management team and technology leadership to craft and communicate operational impact studio wide. Schedule interviews for recruitment and hiring managers; inclusive of phone screens, virtual and in person. Coordinate and book travel, including flight reservations, hotel accommodations, and vehicle rental.

The Universal Pictures International Finance team plays a key role in supporting the UPI Senior Management team. It oversees a complex, multinational network of owned operating companies, licensees and JV’s. The team will partner closely with other Head Office functions, all UPI operating companies and corporate groups based in Universal City, London, and Amsterdam.
