Role Summary: The Coordinator, People & Culture will support the People & Culture team’s strategic initiatives within the Advertising & Partnerships division. As our APAC Payroll Analyst, you will be a key member of our global payroll team and will play an integral part in sustaining a world-class global payroll service. This role forms part of a wider International team responsible for processing all global payrolls outside the US. The International remit currently includes 24 countries and 74 payrolls. You will be based in Singapore and will support the end to end payroll cycle for the Asia Pacific region, reporting to the International Payroll Director based in London.

The Director, Internal Communications & Social Media is responsible for communicating to our large and varied workforce of Team Members to provide clear, concise, informational, cultural and celebratory content across their Team Member journey, driving the company’s goals of being a Destination of Choice and Employer of Choice. This includes managing the strategy and content creation that supports our platforms and Team Member social media communities, extending across internal and external messaging.

NBCU Local is the division of NBCUniversal that includes 11 local NBC television stations, 28 local Telemundo stations and their digital channels and websites and 4 Regional Sports networks, as well as a group of out-of-home properties and a production company.

Responsible for processing all payroll employee requests pertaining to New Hires, Terminations, Vacations, and Housing support loans within the designated timeframe and ensure accuracy. Process new hires and terminations in the HR system and assist with onboarding/offboarding processes. Ensure that employees and their direct relatives’ information is shared with WTW and enroll them in the Major Insurance Plan. Understand and explain the flex benefits programs to new employees.

Role Summary The HR Director is responsible for leading the onsite HR function for the NBCUniversal Local Los Angeles business. This position is responsible for interfacing & problem solving with leadership, managers, and employees of the NBC & Telemundo TV stations in Universal City, CA.

12 month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) ROLE PURPOSE This role works across both Production and Corporate environments. Supporting our growing TV, Film & Theatre Production businesses in Australia and New Zealand the HR Manager, is responsible for providing HR leadership, advice and coaching to production leadership teams and contracted cast and crew members.
