Staff Software Engineer - Video Platforms

We are seeking a Staff Engineer who combines deep technical expertise with a startup mindset and a passion for solving business problems. This role is ideal for someone who can influence stakeholders, lead architectural decisions, and deliver scalable solutions using SaaS, low-code/no-code platforms, and cloud-native technologies. Key Responsibilities Build for Scale: Contribute to the design and development of scalable, secure, and performant systems that modernize legacy platforms. Platform Enablement: Implement and extend SaaS and low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate delivery and reduce custom development. Collaborative Execution: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver business-aligned solutions. Lean Engineering: Apply rapid prototyping, iterative development, and pragmatic decision-making to drive outcomes. Technical Excellence: Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards. Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies, especially in Gen AI, cloud-native development, and platform engineering. Mentoring: Mentor the software engineering team to adopt best practices and agile/iterative ways to deliver solutions
