Director, MKT & Affiliate Relations
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Marketing & Affiliate Relations to lead strategic marketing initiatives and affiliate partnerships in Brazil. This senior role will shape the consumer engagement strategy for our streaming platform, drive high-impact brand activations, and cultivate strong relationships with MVPD affiliates and key media partners. The Director will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence and accelerating growth in the Brazilian market. Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing Leadership Define and lead the overarching marketing strategy for Brazil, aligned with regional and global priorities. Oversee the development and execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, OOH, and experiential channels. Guide creative direction, media planning, and performance optimization to maximize ROI. Affiliate & Partner Strategy Build and maintain senior-level relationships with MVPDs and strategic partners. Lead co-branded initiatives, joint marketing efforts, and promotional windows to drive subscriber growth and engagement. Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure partnership success. Brand Experiences & Market Activations Spearhead the creation of immersive brand experiences tailored to Brazilian audiences. Evaluate and prioritize participation in key cultural and entertainment events. Ensure brand consistency and innovation across all consumer touchpoints. Budget & Project Oversight Own the marketing and event budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and financial discipline. Lead cross-functional project teams and external agencies to deliver on-time, on-brand campaigns. Implement scalable processes for campaign development and execution. Team Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketers and coordinators. Foster collaboration across Creative, PR, Legal, Finance, Original Productions, and Partnerships. Serve as a strategic advisor to LATAM leadership and contribute to global marketing forums. Creative Direction Oversee the development of key art, talent photoshoots, and visual assets for original content. Ensure creative output aligns with brand identity and resonates with target audiences.
